Registration for 3, 4 & 5 Year Olds

Admission to the preschool will be given on a first come/first serve basis in the following order established by the preschool board:

• Church members: Registration February 27, 2011
• Returning Students: Registration March 1, 2011
• Siblings:  Registration March 2, 2011
• SonShine Kids (Preschool registration for children who participated in Sessions 1 or 2 during the 2010-2011 school year):  Registration March 2, 2011
• Open Registration for 3s, 4s and 5s: Registration March 3, 2011
• Waiting List

Cut-off dates:

3 year old program:  Children must turn three by November 1st of the school year they start and must be completely toilet trained before admission.  Disposable training pants or disposable pull-ups are not considered an acceptable substitution for “toilet trained.”

4 year old program:  Children must turn four by December 2nd of the school year they start.

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is payable each year at registration and includes a school t-shirt.

The following forms are required to be in your child’s folder by the first day of school:

• Registration form
• Admission Agreement
• Medical Release/Treatment Authorization
• Emergency Form
• Health History
• Parents’ Rights (received and signed-off)
• Physician’s Report (signed by pediatrician)
• Lead Free Blood Test Form
• Shot Record (up to date, including Varicella)
• Earthquake Card (plus out-of-state number)
• Parent Authorization Cards (office and class copies)

   

  Tuition is based on the days your child is registered to attend.  A number of payment programs are offered including:

  • 10 equal installments due the first school day of each of month with the last installment due June 1st
  • Payment in full via cash or check (1% discount will apply)
  • Payment in full via credit card (PCP will waive credit card processing fee)
  • Pay tuition online for 2011-2012
